千年以上もの歴史と風土、そして吉野で漉く職人の誇りが漉き込まれています。愚直なまで古来の伝統技法を守り、一枚一枚天日で乾燥し続けています。その為日本の文化財の修復紙としても使われています。更にヨーロッパの文化財の修復にも使われ、貴重な和紙として珍重されています。
Yoshino Tesuki Washi is infused with more than 1,000 years of history and climate, as well as the pride of the craftsmen who make it in Yoshino. Ancient traditional techniques are observed during the entire process, and we continue to dry each piece in the sun. Therefore, it is also used as restoration paper for cultural properties of Japan. In addition, it is used for the restoration of cultural properties in Europe and is prized as a valuable Japanese paper.
