Yasuda Kami is a handmade Japanese paper that represents Wakayama Prefecture, which has a history of more than 350 years, when full-scale production began at the behest of the first lord of the Kishu Tokugawa family, Tokugawa Yorinobu. It is characterized by the grain that sticks to the paper when it is dried, and is white, tear-resistant, and durable.
